I am a young professional passionate about information technology and continuous learning. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Networks and Telecommunications from the University Institute of Technology and currently work full-time at BNP Paribas Cardif IARD as an IT support technician.
In this role, I serve as the first point of contact for users regarding IT support and service requests. I contribute daily to ensuring responsive and high-quality support within the organization.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed strong technical expertise in areas such as network administration and security, task automation, virtualization, and web development. I have also demonstrated adaptability and autonomy while working efficiently in team environments.
Driven by progress, I continuously self-train to stay up to date with the latest technological trends and best practices in the IT field. My current role, combined with past internships and apprenticeships, has enabled me to apply my knowledge to deliver practical and effective solutions.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about football, a sport I have practiced for several years. It has taught me discipline, perseverance, stress management, and the value of teamwork.

Record and track interventions in the ticket management tool. Manage the stock. Update documentation, procedures, knowledge bases and tutorials.
